"BMW Milwaukee really is the Real Deal. CD and every service technician I spoke to were nice, professional and extremely concerned about my issues. Eric LaVigne (Parts Manager), was also great. Friendly, helpful and set me up with some great new tires. I spoke to nearly every person in there (including owner Brad Schlossman) and just cant express what a great experience it was.
I live in Chicago, so, this isnt exactly convenient, but, no dealer in IL can touch BMW Milwaukee.

Be it a hot cup of coffee, a cold glass of water or the "cleanest bathroom on Milwaukee's North Side", the staff at "the shop" make me feel like I am at home... come to think, I spend more time at "the shop" than I do at home..."

"Picked up my new ride '05 r1200rt at the end of July 06 and had my 600 mile service 2 weeks later. A little disappointed to see an '06 with all the bells in addition heated seats and GPS for a few hundred less. My problem, right!?? Overall, love the bike and buying experience. Had an '03 triumph sprint st. The triumph was nice. But the RT is far and away a better ride. NO REGRETS! "
